Request Account & Data Deletion – Weeklo

This page explains how you can request deletion of your Weeklo account and any associated synced data. Weeklo is published by Unique Pixel Studio.

Important: Weeklo stores data locally on your device by default. If you enabled cloud sync (Pro feature) and created an account, synced data is stored in Firebase (Firestore) under our project. This page covers deletion of that synced data and your account.

How to request deletion

To request deletion, send an email to our support team:

Note: Data stored only locally on your device is not transmitted to us and is not accessible by us. You can delete local data by uninstalling the app or using the in-app reset options (if available).

What may be retained (and why)

Some data may be retained only where required for legal, security, or billing reasons:

We do not retain your synced planner content after account deletion.

Processing time

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your email or provide additional information confirming account ownership before proceeding.

Third-party services involved

Where applicable, these providers process data in accordance with their own privacy terms and applicable law.

Cancelling subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Weeklo Pro subscription. To stop future charges, manage your subscription via Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
